As the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a doctor, and Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942, at Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. When she was thirteen She became a pro pianist and took home a prize at the Chicago Music Festival. Fort Collins High School is where she earned her highschool diploma in 1960. In the pursuit of her career goals she made the decision to move into Los Angeles for better opportunities. First, her modeling career began when she joined the Powers agency.
